🚚 Shipping Policy for Digital Products

Delivery Type:
All our products are digital files only — no physical items will be shipped.
Your digital files will be delivered to the email address you provide at checkout or via a download link on your order page.

Processing Time:
After you submit your photo and complete your order, our team begins the creation process.
Processing time typically takes 24–48 hours, depending on order volume and image complexity.
You’ll receive a notification email once your files are ready for download.

File Format:
All digital photos are delivered in high-resolution JPEG or PNG format (unless otherwise specified in the product description).

Delivery Issues:
If you haven’t received your files within the stated timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder first.
If the files are still missing, contact us  with your order number, and we’ll resend them promptly.

Refunds & Revisions:
Due to the custom nature of digital artwork, refunds are not available once the  generation process has started.
However, if you encounter a technical issue (e.g., broken file, incorrect delivery), we’ll gladly fix or resend your order free of charge.

Important:
Please make sure the photos you upload meet our quality guidelines.
Low-quality or blurred photos may affect the final result.
