All our products are digital files delivered electronically — no physical items are shipped.
Because each artwork is custom-made and generated using AI based on your submitted photo, we are unable to offer refunds once the creation process has begun.

Since the final product is personalized and instantly delivered in digital format, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted after the order has been processed.

3. Exceptions — File Errors or Technical Issues

We care about your satisfaction! If you experience any of the following, please contact us within 7 days of delivery :

• You received the wrong files

• The delivered file is damaged, corrupted, or not accessible

• There was a technical error during delivery

In these cases, we will re-send or correct the files at no additional cost.
